Non-Public Information Policy
Critical confidentiality requirements for all representatives
⚠️ Strict Access Restrictions
No CDL-Driver Verify™ representative, agent, or affiliate may access, view, retrieve, or utilize any confidential, non-public information about any driver at any time. This includes but is not limited to:
- •Complete Social Security Numbers or Tax Identification Numbers
- •Full dates of birth or complete medical records
- •Detailed financial information or banking records
- •Personal contact information beyond what is necessary for verification purposes
- •Immigration case files, visa documents, or citizenship records
- •Criminal history details beyond verification status determinations
What Representatives Can Access
Representatives are authorized to access only the following information needed to fulfill verification and broker support duties:
- ✓Verification status (verified, pending, action required)
- ✓Military freight clearance status
- ✓CDL class and endorsements (general categories only)
- ✓Expiration dates for certifications and clearances
- ✓General action items or compliance notes (non-sensitive details only)
Enforcement & Violations
Unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of non-public driver information will result in immediate termination of representative status, legal liability, and potential criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state data protection laws. All access is logged and monitored.

Driver data is collected solely for verification purposes and is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill regulatory requirements and maintain verification records for audit purposes.
No Third-Party Sharing
Driver information is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties for marketing, commercial purposes, or any use beyond verification. We do not monetize or leverage driver data for any secondary business purposes.
Information sharing occurs only with explicit legal authorization, driver consent, or as mandated by court order. All data sharing is documented and traceable for compliance and audit purposes.
Law Enforcement Disclosure
CDL-Driver Verify™ will disclose driver information to law enforcement agencies only when legally required by a valid court order, warrant, or subpoena. We comply with all lawful requests from federal, state, and local authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
When such disclosures are required, we provide only the specific information requested and maintain records of all law enforcement inquiries to ensure accountability and transparency in our data handling practices.
